At Yarndays, we proudly ship our handcrafted crochet products worldwide. However, please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their orders. Please allow handmade creation time of 4-14 days depending on the item purchase to be created. 

Understanding Customs Charges:

• Customs and import fees vary by country and are determined by your local government.
• These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
• We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.

Who Pays for Customs Charges?

• If your order incurs customs duties or taxes, the buyer is responsible for payment before the package can be delivered.
• Refusal to pay customs fees may result in your order being returned to us or discarded by your local customs office. In such cases, we do not offer refunds for unclaimed packages.
